We have a step-by-step guide for booking tickets for your school or vacation care group.

Step 1: Booking form

To submit an online booking form click here.

Step 2: Deposit and Confirmation of numbers

To hold your booking, we will email you an invoice confirming your numbers and for a non-refundable $100 deposit due within 7 days. We accept payment via Purchase Card (PCard).

Booking numbers can only be increased once the deposit is paid, we cannot decrease your numbers.

Step 3: Final payment

Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to the event. We will contact you to let you know when the payment date is approaching. Your seats may be released if your payment is not received by the due date.

Bookings made within 8 weeks of the performance will need to be paid in full within 1 week of confirmation. There are no refunds to these bookings unless required under NSW Public Health Orders.

Our preferred method of payment is PCard, should you need an alternative payment method please contact our Box Office on 9470 5913, 10am - 4pm, Monday - Friday.

Step 4: Teacher resource kits

Teacher resource kits are available for selected shows. The kits will be sent to you prior to the performance you have booked to attend.

Step 5: Accessibility

Glen Street Theatre is committed to providing equal access for all students. Please contact or Box Office on 9470 5913 or email groups@glenstreet.com.au prior to your excursion to notify staff of your seating requirements.

Step 6: Relaxed performances

Some of our productions include a relaxed performance. This is a more relaxed environment where we leave the house lights on (dimmed), the auditorium doors stay open, and some technical elements may be modified, for example sound effects are softer. Relaxed performances are perfect for children with sensory issues or anxiety. They are also suitable for younger children who may become agitated by the lights and noise in a production.

Step 7: On the day

We advise arriving at the theatre 30 minutes prior to your performance start time. Seating for school performances will be coordinated by our staff on your arrival at the venue. You will not be issued with tickets.

Late arrivals may be excluded, or may not be able to enter the theatre until a suitable break in the performance. If you are running late, please contact our Box Office on 9470 5913.

STEP 8: ENJOY THE SHOW!
