Please complete the Ticketing and Marketing (T&M) schedule below once advised by your primary contact at Glen Street Theatre. 

Please ensure all details submitted are correct. These details will be used to build and register your event in our systems. 

Each event requires a new T&M form, however, you can add multiple performances within the one form. There is a section later in the form to add multiple performance dates and their details. 

Please note: As per contract we require at least 10 business days from the forms submission to build your event. Any changes required after this form is submitted will be subject to event build amendment fees listed in our published fees and charges.

Is your organisation registered for GST?
If your organisation is not registered for GST, Glen Street Theatre will not levy GST on the ticket prices. However, GST will be levied on Glen Street Theatre charges such as booking fees and telephone service fees. Glen Street Theatre is obliged to levy GST on your Hire Fees and Charges regardless of your registration status. If you are uncertain as to whether your organisation is required to be registered for GST purposes, Glen Street Theatre suggests that you clarify this matter with your accountant prior to signing this agreement.

On sale dates cannot be scheduled within 10 business days of submitting the Ticketing and Marketing Form. On sale dates are subject to the discretion of Glen Street Theatre's Ticketing Services Coordinator and will be confirmed in writing.

Additional Ticket Prices?
Will you offer a Glen Street Theatre Member's priced ticket?

At the time of writing, we currently have 2400 - 2500 dedicated Glen Street Theatre Members for our 2024 Season. Our membership is Paid To Participate so our Members are quite engaged in our programming. 
If you would like to offer a Member price ticket, this is at no extra cost to the build. 
We encourage you to offer our Members a reduced ticket price. Shows with a discounted ticket price for Members can take advantage of a gratis ‘On Sale’ feature in our Members’ EDM to advertise the show efficiently. Shows with a discounted ticket price for Members will also be included in Member communications at our discretion throughout the period leading up to the show.

A discounted Member ticket will need to be a minimum of $5 off your All Tickets Price or off the Concession Ticket Price, depending on which one you are offering. Many of our Members already qualify for Concession prices. 

Community Hire Events are welcome to provide a members price but are not eligible for Marketing support listed above. 

We will hold 4 x Producer Holds automatically. Please specify if you would like to increase this number. The 4 x Producer Holds will be released for sale where not required, prior to the event date.
Free Admission Event Details
I agree to have an additional Front of House staff member for my event to adequately address any patron management or issues that may arise. This will be charged as per our gazetted fees and charges.
I agree to comply with Glen Street Theatre's maximum capacity of 400 patrons and will ensure this is not exceeded.
Technical Information
Seat removal for any technical requirements
Please note, all videographers will be required to film from the projection room.
Front of House Information
Do you require the bar to be open post-performance?
If you require the bar to remain open after your performance, extra staffing costs will apply. 
Will you be selling merchandise?
Please note Glen Street Theatre charges 12.5% commission on all merchandise sales

Marketing information
Please provide a description of your show (50-150 words) to be added to Glen Street’s website.
Image Requirements:

 ✔ High resolution
 ✔ Landscape 16:9 (at least 1506 x 704 pixels)
 ✔ No text/logo overlay

If you do not provide an appropriate marketing image, a generic image will be used.
